Abstract
AbstractBa0.94‐xEu0.06MnxSi3O4 N2 (x = 0‐0.1) phosphors are prepared by solid state reaction of stoichiometric amounts of BaCO3, α‐Si3N4, SiO2, MnCO3, and Eu2O3 under reducing atmosphere (10% H2/N2, BN crucible, 1350 °C, 4 h).
