Abstract
AbstractNa2MgGeO4:xMn2+ (x = 0.005—0.06) green phosphors are prepared by solid state reaction of stoichiometric amounts of Na2CO3, 4MgCO3·Mg(OH)2·5H2O, GeO2, and MnCO3 in reductive atmosphere (N2/H2 = 40:5; Al2O3 crucible, 950 °C, 6 h).
