AbstractBenzolseleninsäureanhydrid (BSA) dehydriert das Lacton (I) zu (II), das von SeOZ zu dem Aldehyd (III) oxidiert wird (bei BSA‐Überschuß erhält man (III) als Nebenprodukt aus (I) in 6‐7proz. Ausb.; als weiteres Nebenprodukt kann (IV) anfallen).
