Abstract

AbstractA chiral and strong nucleophilic phosphine amide catalyst combined with a BINOL derivative catalyzes the asymmetric aza‐Morita—Baylis—Hillmann reaction of disubstituted cyclopentenones (I) and (IV) with N‐sulfonated imines (II) and (V) to provide the optically active adducts (III) and (VI) in good to outstanding yields with moderate to good enantioselectivities.
