Abstract
AbstractThe tetragonal tungsten bronze‐type ferroelectric ceramics Sr2KNb5O15, Pb2KNb5O15, Ba2AgNb5O15, and Pb2AgNb5O15 have been annealed at different temp. (550, 760, and 900 °C, 3 months) and the influence of these thermal treatments on the crystal structure, dielectric properties, and Curie temp. TC are described.
