AbstractDie Poly‐[dimethylsilyl]‐benzole (III), (V), (VII), (IX) und (XI) sowie Tetrakis‐[dimethylsilyl]‐o‐xylol werden durch Reaktionen entsprechender Brombenzole mit Mg und Dimethylchlorsilan (II) in THF dargestellt, wie die Umsetzung von (I) zu (III) demonstriert.
