Abstract

AbstractA conversion of the vinylidene ligand into a 1‐alkylvinyl ligand is possible by addition of the trialkyl‐Al compounds (V) to the synthesized vinylidene‐Ir(III) complex (IV) which leads to the AlR2‐bridged complexes (VI) ((VIa): space group P21/c, Z=4).
