Abstract

AbstractThe title reaction allows the introduction of the β‐chloro‐β‐(trifluoromethyl)methylene unity into various silyl enol ethers such as (I); aromatic enol ethers give moderate to good yields but aliphatic enol ethers give only lower yields.
