AbstractThe 1:1 molar reaction of the 2,6‐bis(phosphinoamino)pyridine (I) with the hexacarbonyls (II) in the presence of trimethylamine oxide gives the bidentate ligand complexes (III) ((IIIb): space group C2/c, Z = 8) in addition to the trimethylamine complexes (IV).
