Abstract

AbstractSb‐alloyed BiVO4 (with Bi and Sb ranging from 0 to ≈50%) films are prepared in a two‐step synthesis comprising first the preparation of Bi1‐xSbx nanocrystals (x = 0—1) via injecting a 1 M LiEt3BH solution in THF into a 4:1:25 molar mixture of Bi[N(Tms)2]3, Sb(NMe2)3, and Li[N(Tms)2] in toluene under N2 (70 °C, ≈15 sec; quenching to 25 °C).
