Abstract2‐Propylisofagomine (XIV) is prepared via a diastereoselective vinylation of aldehyde (IV), a ring‐closing metathesis of the resulting enyne (VI), and a stereoselective hydroboration—oxidation of alkene (XI) as key steps.
