AbstractThe title three‐component reaction only applies to aromatic or cinnamylaldehydes [e.g. (I) and (V)], sulfonamides [e.g. (II) and (XI)], and allylsilanes [e.g. (III), (VII), and (IX)], but it doesn′t apply to alkyl aldehydes, ketones, α‐alkylated cinnamylaldehyde, carbamates, or silylalkynes.
