AbstractK10 [{Al4 (μ‐OH)6}{α,α‐Si2W18 O66}]·28.5H2O (I) and K10 [{Ga4(μ‐OH)6} (α,α‐Si2W18O66)] ·25H2O (II) are prepared in 14 and 26% yield, resp., by the reaction of a 1:2 aqueous molar mixture of the trilacunary Keggin compounds Na10[A‐α‐SiW9O34] or K10[A‐α‐SiW9O34] with Al(NO3)3 or Ga(NO3)3, resp.
