AbstractDie Arylselenenylaminocephemcarboxylate (III) ‐ zugänglich aus den 7β‐Aminocephemen (I) und dem Arylselenenylchlorid (II) ‐ werden mit aktiviertem MnO, zu den Selenenylirninen (IV) oxidiert, die mit Li‐methylat zu den 7a‐Methoxy‐Derivaten (V) umgesetzt werden; neben (Vb) entsteht überwiegend das Az‐Isomere ( 26% Ausb.).
