Abstract
AbstractCa8MgBi(PO4)7:xDy3+ (0.02 ≤ x ≤ 0.30) phosphors are synthesized by solid state reactions of stoichiometric mixtures of CaCO3, MgCO3, (NH4)2HPO4, Bi2O3, and Dy2O3 (750 °C for 3 h in air and 1200 °C for 4 h).
