Abstract

AbstractIn einer Acetat‐gepufferten Lösung (pH = 5.0), die β‐Glucosidase, Cellobiose und ein l :l‐Gemisch der Reagenslösungen nach Somogyi und Nelson enthält, läßt sich die bei 37°C entstehende D‐Glucose kontinuierlich kolorimetrisch bestimmen, obwohl freie Glucose so nicht erfaßt werden kann.
