Abstract
AbstractChemical ionization (CI) mass spectra of functionally substituted fatty esters are a useful aid in determining molecular weight. Isobutane and ammonia CI mass spectra of various hydroxy, keto, epoxy and hydroperoxy fatty esters are reported and discussed.
