Abstract

Spanish university students are aware of the need of introducing an international dimension in their curricula. A new alternative to the ERASMUS + program that can be named internationalization at home has been created at the University of Cantabria. The Chemical Engineering degree offers the Chemical Engineering European Project Semester (CE-EPS) program. It consists of three subjects plus a team work that will end with the Final Project. All these activities will be developed in English. The program has been implanted for the first time during the academic year 2013-2014 with the participation of 8 Spanish students and 2 foreigners.
