Abstract
A newborn presents with redness of both cheeks. ### Prenatal History: 33-year-old G4P2 white woman had a prenatal course that was complicated by fetal tachycardia at 35 weeks estimated gestational age, which resolved without intervention, and anemia requiring blood transfusion 1 week before delivery. Prenatal laboratory evaluation revealed unremarkable findings; group B Streptococcus status was unknown. ### Birth History: At 18 hours of age, the infant’s heart rate is more than 190 beats/min. She responds to one dose of intravenous adenosine, with subsequent resolution of the tachycardia. She is transferred to a level 3 neonatal intensive care unit for further cardiac evaluation. ### Physical Examination:
