We often talk about officer or employee health and wellness as a footnote or one of many programs we offer our organizations. Don't get me wrong; there are plenty of agencies that have fully invested in wellness and prevention programs, but the majority of police and public safety agencies are faced with the same challenges: limited funding, limited personnel, or both.
