Abstract
The production of charm particles by neutrino beams is well established. We briefly review the present evidence. The production of charm particles by neutrinos is a useful way to study the properties of charmed particles. The lifetime of some charmed particles has been estimated from two events observed in nuclear emulsions to be 3–6×10−13 sec.
