Abstract

As an important clean energy source to reduce carbon emissions, the demand for natural gas is increasing day by day. Abundant pressure energy is contained in the natural gas pipe network, but it is wasted in the traditional natural gas pressure regulation process, which is contrary to the theme of low-carbon environmental protection. Fortunately, natural gas pressure power generation technology is maturing. The number of electric vehicles (EV) with mobility and energy storage features is growing. Therefore, thanks to the combination of EV and natural gas pressure, the energy waste dilemma has turned a corner. In this paper, exergy analysis was used to evaluate the power generation capacity of gas pressure energy. Then, the Monte Carlo method is used to establish the charging load of the charging station. In addition, one-time construction cost and long-term operation cost of charging station are taken as comprehensive cost, and the planning model for charging station is established to minimize comprehensive cost. Finally, an example is introduced to verify the proposed planning scheme. The simulation results show that the proposed scheme has a high absorption capacity of natural gas pressure.
