Charging current discrimination in analytical voltammetry

Abstract

This article includes discussions on background subtraction methods, methods that rely on the Faradaic current having a known form, methods that assume that C is constant over a potential range, methods that assume that C is constant at the same potential over a cycle, methods in which the charging and Faradic currents have different relationships, constant potential methods, enhancing the Faradaic current, and the present and future outlook.
