Abstract
We give precise values for the elements of the flavor mixing matrix and the CP-violating phase, then study their dependence on the unknown dynamical parameters, like the bag factor, QCD corrections, mass of the top quark,… We estimate the mixing properties of the B d and B s states and discuss CP-violating effects, especially for the B s states.
