Abstract

The charge transfer, electrical resistivity, thermoelectric power and Hall mobility of binary alloys are calculated as functions of alloy composition in the coherent potential approximation. The inter-relation among the composition dependences of these physical quantities is discussed on the basis of the numerical results and shown to be consistent within a model.
