Abstract
AbstractThe temperature dependences of the conductivity of single crystals of nickel‐zink Ni0.39Zn0.61Fe2.00O4 (Tc = 380 K) and manganese‐zink Mn0.66 Zn0.27 Fe2.07 O4 (Tc = 464 K) ferrites are studied in the temperature range 78 to 550 K. Measurements of thermoelectromotive force show that all the samples investigated have n‐type conductivity. In the region of the phase transition to the magnetically‐ordered state the logarithm of conductivity depends anomalously on the inverse temperature with increasing conductivity.
