Abstract
It is shown that the temperature dependences of conductivity of disordered semiconductors: As 2Se 3 doped by Ni and Bi, and a-Si:H doped by E u, may be explained by statistical interaction between approximately equal numbers of negative-U intrinsic defects and electrically active impurity atoms.
