Abstract

T cells play an important role in mediating the pathogenesis of allergic disease. Previously, we identified and characterized T cell epitopes from the 10 known Timothy grass allergens as well as 93 additional, previously un-described antigens. Here, we aim to further analyze the phenotype of allergic, healthy and allergen specific-immunotherapy-treated patient’s T cell responses targeting dominant peptides from the known allergens and the additional antigens.
