Abstract

The current study concerns the characterization of the physico-chemical parameters of the soil habitats of Marrubium Vulgare L. in Hammam Bouhadjar (North West Algeria),Six soil samples were taken, the edaphic results show that this species grows on soils with loamy and sandy loam textures, may humid and alkaline pH, moderately rich in organic matter with moderately to heavily calcareous soil. Statistical processing carried out by principal component analysis indicate the presence of correlations between the soil stations sampled and the edaphic parameters.
