Abstract

Agaricales spores were characterized by pyrolysis-capillary gas chromatography (Py-GC). The same was done for several species of Boletus, Russula, Amanita, Lepiota, Agaricus and Lycoperdon genera. Fingerprints were analysed to identify them in pyrograms, with species-by-species comparison of zones. Py-GC/mass spectrometry analysis was performed on Boletus genus species: B. calopus and B. bovinus which demonstrated a nearly exclusive presence of saturated and unsaturated aliphatic hydrocarbons and toluene. The presence of esadecanoic acid was confirmed exclusively in B. bovinus.
