Abstract
This paper introduces the background of South Africa from two aspects of health care, medical education, and analyzes the characteristics of continuing medical education in South Africa: The legislative guarantee for continuing medical education; Special continuing medical education organization; Continuing medical education to carry out the credit system; The types of continuing education activities of grading; The continuing medical education activities and the organizer; The Medical Association of South Africa as the doctor completed continuing medical education required to provide convenience. This paper continues to study the characteristics of medical education system in South Africa, which helps to enhance the understanding of South Africa, fill up the blank of research, and combined with China's national conditions, a reasonable draw on the useful experience of South Africa, detours, the future development of medical education to enlighten our country.
