Abstract

In order to investigate degradation ability, degradation products and changes of microbial communities of a normal temperature lignocellulose-degrading microflora. The microbial community could decompose 39.6% of rice straw gross weight within six days in room temperature. More than ten kinds of volatile products were detected by GC-MS in the fermented broth. For analyzing the complexity of the microbial communities from the broth, Denaturing Gradient Gel Electrophoresis (DGGE) were used to identify the composition diversity and dynamic changes, the DGGE profiles indicated that the microorganism changed lots in different period, and the phylogenetic tree derived from 16S rDNA sequence indicated that the microbial community have the abundant diversity
