Abstract
The work is about researching of the properties of information flows, reflecting the manifestations of civic engagement of the population during the events of the tax reform in Ukraine in 2010 – 2011 respectively. This article discusses the process of obtaining and processing of time series describing the flow of information, as well as by the study of their properties by the method of nonlinear dynamics.
