Abstract

The emphasis of this paper is the analysis of BLDC motor drive system at high temperature. On the basis of analyzing the variation of motor's electrical parameters, the paper studies how temperature change affects motor drive system. By establishing the mathematical model of control system, the time domain and frequency domain simulation waveforms are obtained. The results show that the traditional double close-loop control system performance deteriorates with temperature increasing. To solve this problem, fuzzy-PID controller is adopted as speed controller. Then a drive system circuit model concerning temperature is established in Matlab/Simulink and a series of simulations are done at 150°C. The simulation result shows that compared with traditional control system, the new method has better control performance. Finally, the control system of BLDC motor is realized by TMS320F28035 controller, and the method is verified with experiments.
