Abstract

Cow’s milk (CM) is the most common food allergy in young children. While commonly outgrown, avoidance is difficult, and causes significant deficits in quality of life. Baked milk (BM) may hasten outgrowing CM allergy, but little is known about baked cheese (BC) tolerance, which can be an intermediate step between baked milk and CM.
