Abstract

The article presents a literary review of the works of scientists who considered the psychological training of karate teenagers at the present stage. The level of psychological preparation of karate athletes is an important indicator of an athlete's readiness for the competitive stage. Among the psychological state, one cannot limit oneself to technical and tactical training to achieve high results in martial arts, where the strong-willed qualities and the level of motivation of a young karate player are analyzed. Because the psychological state of athletes is important to achieve the goal. Improving the development of motivation and the formation of strong-willed qualities, depending on the specifics of karate sports, taking into account the age development of adolescents. During the training and competitive process, along with physical training, there is a need not to neglect moral training. This article is devoted to the formation of the importance of strong-willed qualities and motivation of young karate players in the training and competitive process.
