Abstract

The publication is devoted to one of the important issues concerning the qualitative implementation of informational and pedagogical management in a modern institution of higher education. Actualized the issue of integration of Ukrainian society in the European community towards the implementation of effective and active use of software aimed at ensuring free access to information within the University. In accordance with the work, the purpose and tasks of the study were determined. The aim of the article – to outline the structural components (working modules) of one of the most popular integrated automated Web-oriented systems for managing the educational process of the high school Dean's Office, developed by experts of the private company Politek-SOFT and introduced in the work of many universities in Ukraine, in particular, Zhytomyr Ivan Franko State University. Regarding the problem, it foreseen – to describe the principles of the working module PS Student, which is a structural element of this comprehensive information-analytical system. The main methods used during the study were methods of scientific logic-content analysis, synthesis and synthesis. As a result of the study, a brief overview of the structural components of the mentioned electronic resource, in particular, «Curriculum», «Educational process», «PS-Department-Web. Planning», «PS-Chair-Web. Execution», «Schedule», «PS-Appendix to the diploma-Web», «PS-Akadem. Web-Help», «PS-Student-Web»), the main advantages and disadvantages of this type of software are identified, as well as some guidance and guidance that facilitate the effective use of the «PS-Student-Web» Package Dean in the work of any educational institution. In addition, the article outlines the ways and directions of further scientific and practical research.
