Abstract

Square-annular standing wave ultrasonic motor is proposed which is based on the “runway” type traveling wave ultrasonic motor, the motor's crossbeam has two convex teeth which is symmetrically arranged about the horizontal, excitated of different ceramic plate to change the direction of the convex tooth's movement, to achieve ultrasonic motor's motion. The dynamic design of the vibrator and the support is using ANSYS, and analysis the relationship between the main parameters and vibration frequency. A prototype is manufactured by the theoretical analysis data to verify the correctness of the theory. Provide the basis for the design of ultrasonic motor.
