Abstract
Over the last few years, polymeric micelles have been praised for their versatility, biocompatibility, and biodegradability. A large number of polymers has been developed to improve the pharmacokinetics of a plethora of poorly soluble drugs but also peptides, DNA, and RNA fragments. Polymeric micelles demonstrated their high loading capacity, stability in the blood circulation, longevity, and enhanced tumor accumulation in tumor tissues through passive or active targeting. This chapter summarized the recent efforts in the development of polymeric micelles for the treatment of lung cancers in preclinical studies and in clinical trials.
