Abstract

This chapter discusses the practical aspects of the use of flow cytometry in the detection of leukemia and lymphomas. Various B cell markers are addressed as well as application of flow cytometry in the diagnosis of mature T and natural killer cell neoplasms. The application of flow cytometry in the subtyping of acute myeloid leukemia is also discussed.
