Abstract
Abstract For the first time in the history of mankind, socialist society is creating the prerequisites for the comprehensive and harmonious development of the individual. Under the conditions of developed socialism, the Soviet people's way of life promotes the development of the new [Soviet] man. However, this high communist ideal can fully be realized only on the basis of the purposeful development and improvement of the individual personality and only as a result of the individual's communist education.
