Abstract

A 4-year-old-boy presented with an iris mass in the right eye in the setting of bilateral chorioretinitis and right eye anterior and posterior inflammation. Systemic workup was negative, and fine needle aspiration biopsy did not show any sign of leukemia or lymphoma. The presumed diagnosis of sarcoidosis was made, and the patient was treated with systemic steroids with good resolution of symptoms and inflammation.
