Abstract

MAGI (male accessory gland infection/inflammation) defines the infections of the male accessory glands. They represent a heterogeneous set of infectious and/or inflammatory diseases of male accessory glands that can be responsible for infertility with different mechanisms. A correct diagnostic and therapeutic approach of MAGI is important for the proper management of patients with infertility. This chapter summarizes these findings and provides a diagnostic and therapeutic flow chart that can be used in patients with MAGI.
