Abstract
A security education and awareness training program (SEATP) is an integral part of a corporate assets protection program (CAPP). The employees must understand their assets protection, responsibilities, and be willing to do their part to protect those valuable corporate assets. That is the purpose of a SEATP. The SEATP can be developed using marketing and sales techniques that have been successful in selling products around the world. The CAPP and assets protection needs can be considered a product that must be sold to the consumer-employee. The goal is to inform employees and gain their support so that they want to protect the corporate assets, are aware of how to do it, and do so effectively.
