Abstract
Publisher Summary This chapter discusses the semi-uniform spaces in the framework of generalized uniform spaces with applications to strict T 1 -extensions of spaces. The chapter establishes the most general extension theorem for continuous maps from dense subspaces. The chapter shows that semi-uniform spaces are available for obtaining a generalization of the Ascoli theorem.
