Abstract

A communication system exploiting the regime of generalized chaotic synchronization between the transmitter and receiver is proposed that has only one self-oscillating response system in the receiver. The efficiency of the proposed scheme is shown for the case where the transmitter and receiver are constructed using time-delayed feedback oscillators. The communication scheme is studied numerically and realized in the physical experiment. It is shown that the proposed scheme possesses high tolerance to noise in the communication channel.
