Abstract
As a simple realization of a logistic system we introduce a so-called consumer/distributor-system. This system has a hybrid dynamics and is a generalization of those recently introduced. It is an interesting chaotic system with surprising behaviour. We study the phase space behaviour and compute certain invariants of the dynamics.
