H aving been aware of neurolinguistic programming (NLP) for a while and having been officially employed as a “change agent” (cue Bond theme) for several years, I was keen to explore this book. The bold assertion in the foreword that readers could “immediately use” some of the techniques in the book had me hooked, and I eagerly started reading in anticipation of learning a useful skill.
