Abstract

A 59-year-old woman presented with right hypochondriac pain, jaundice, and weight loss. Left and right upper quadrant US confirmed obstructive jaundice, calcular cholecystitis, intrahepatic biliary dilatation, and dilated common bile duct (CBD) with hilar stricture, so the patient was referred for ERCP for possible CBD stent placement and biopsy.
