Abstract

Technical progress implies not only the development of mechanization, comprehensive mechanization, automation, chemical treatment, electrification, etc., but the improvement of the instruments of labor as well. It is bound to lead to the emergence of new forms of work organization and to higher cultural and technical standards of the workers. Organization and division of labor differ depending on the instruments used. A hand-mill requires a different division of labor than one powered by steam. (1)
